Josiah and us

So during our day shooting with Sharla and Isabella. Cristelyn and I (Angel Acosta in case you forgot!!!) Got a chance to get some shots with Josiah. Still cant believe he is going to be a year old this next month. This year has gone by ofcoarse so fast! But the best news yet, is Josiah will be a big brother in the coming months as we have found out we are adding to the family. Some Prego shots will be definitely be posted soon! Thanks for visiting!

Sharla and Isabella......

Pleased to introduce Sharla and her daughter Isabella! Doing some little photos for Christmas, we decided to go to La Mirada regional park. Thinking it was going to be just any park, were taken back how beautiful the park was on a sunny fall day. Cristelyn got to play with Josiah while I shot this awesome Mom and Daughter day. Boy, Josiah was sure making her laugh already!

Veronica and Jacob.......

Id like to introduce to you Veronica and her awesome son Jacob. We went out on a saturday and had such a fun time shooting photos. Jacob was a blast to shoot, he was such a good sport! Hope to do more shoots with them in the future, maybe some star shots photos to come.......

2009 C.C.S.F.S. Mens retreat

These are some photos that were shot at Twin Peaks Conference Center. It was amazing taking a weekend with a bunch of men with one goal in mind, and God certainly had his arms arounds us. These are some shots that to me, represents some of Gods creations and really a gift to us, and a reminder that he is the creator of all things!

Normas surpise 1920's B-Day party!

A friend of our family was surprised by some of her best friends and family with a surprise 1920'themed birthday party. Planned to perfection with all friends that came completely dressed for the night and ready to party! Alot of people had there hands in to help and it was definitely a success. Alexa's 16th birthday bash!

What is up! It has been a while since I have posted some new photos. But these last few months have been pretty amazing, with all these new photos to add and new stories in life to share. This post is showcasing Alexa Gomez's sweet 16 bash! Turning 16 is always a special event for a young girl, and as expected jerry and Veronica threw a party for Alexa that she will never forget! They brought out the D.J., Taco man and a sweet tent that made up for the dance floor that was rocking all night!

Happy Birthday Israel Anthony Acosta

Happy Birthday one more time Izzy. Israels b-day party was held in Rancho Cucamonga at redhill park. Typical One year old party, bunch of kids, pinatas, cake and ice cream. But not every one year old gets his own cake for himself, and no one year old can throw it down then the way my nephew handled it! So proud of him! So rad how him and my son Josiah as well as their other cousin Noah all get to grow up together. They are all about 9 months apart! Scariest part about this party was, Cristelyn and I now have only 2 months to prepare for josiahs party, i sure hope Tuh-reesa helps us put it together because she did and amazing job! Congrats Anthony & Teresa!

Hear His Voice Crusade

Calvary Chapel South L.A. hosted an amazing event at the nokia plaza right across from the staples Center. The South L.A. church had invited our S.F.S. worship band to open up the crusade and kick things off, and ofcoarse they did. Just as always, using the gifts God has blessed them with, they rocked and played their hearts out to the Lord! The event was pretty fun to be at, they had basketball courts layed out on Chick Hearn way (that was awesome!), they also had some skateboard and bmx demos, as well as some events for the kids with some rock climbing walls and huge inflated slides. I now pronounce to you, Andrew & Alexis!

This is the wedding of Andrew and Alexis Ginete. The awesome and talented Cristelyn Acosta got the pleasure to shoot the bride and her party at "Rock Ur Hair" salon in Bellflower California! As you can see, the decoration was amazing, and set Cristelyn up with some great shots! The Wedding later took place At Calvary Chapel of Pico Rivera. Big thanks to the pastor Danny Jacobo for opening his doors to this blessed couple. His Daughter opened up the ceremony by playing her acoustic set of some amazing worship songs.

The reception was later held at Geezers in Santa Fe Springs. Beautiful setting, beautiful city, no better way to end one of the most memorable nights that Andrew and Alexis will ever have.
I first met Andrew when he was just a young boy roaming around my neighborhood as i would ride my skateboard around. My memory of Andrew is always havin a stinkin smile on his face(even when he gets mad!) Watching this kid grow was awesome, and seeing how far hes come is so worth the blogging, and could go pages with this. Alexis on the other hand, is probably the bad influence in this relationship! So she brought Andrew into a such an awesome family, led him to Christ and gave him the best dancing 1year old I have ever seen! To meet her father Brian Hernandez, to even spend 15 minutes with the guy, your life will be better for it! :) The whole family made this wedding so fun to shoot, and I couldnt wait to be able to post these photos on here!
